Download the Hunt Reservation Package below, sign and return the contract to us. Once we receive your deposit, we can then help you with the license process.
We'll send you the license application and certification form by mail when available from MTFWP. Eustance Pack and Tack Outfitters is also able to process paperless nonresident certifications as part of a Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks pilot program. This is an available option if you wish to purchase your license on line.
As of the 2008 season, all nonresident sponsored licenses will be mailed directly to your sponsoring outfitter.
Please remember to:
- Read and sign your contract. Make sure all dates and other information are correct.
- Fill in ALL information on the Nonresident Outfitter Sponsored Combination license form including your SS# (as required by state law).
- Print your name and address on the Outfitter Certification form. Be sure to sign where it says Client Signature.
- Make photocopies of any form if you need, but all signatures must be original.
- Return original copy of contract to Eustance Pack and Tack Outfitters.
- Return license application and outfitter certification to MT Fish, Wildlife, and Parks no later than March 14.
- Include a money order or cashiers check for the license you choose made out to Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks.
